How account, order, enquiry, download and licence data is used to provide the service.
Data collected
Account identity, order records, support messages, hashed network identifiers and privacy-conscious licence installation information are processed to deliver products and prevent abuse.
Payments
Card data is handled by Stripe Checkout and is not stored by this application. Stripe identifiers and payment status are retained for reconciliation and support.
Security and retention
Access is role-limited, sensitive tokens are hashed, licence keys are not written to ordinary logs and records are retained only as required for service, security, tax and legal needs.
Your rights
Use the contact page for access, correction or deletion requests. Some transaction records may need to be retained by law. Add your legal entity and privacy contact in Site Settings.
